Sells products to individual customers worldwide. All prices include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices and shipping fees. Products are ordered via our online store by adding items to the shopping cart and completing the payment at checkout. All customer information is kept confidential. Contact details provided for an order are used solely for processing and delivering the order or resolving any related issues. By placing an order, you agree to comply with the current terms and conditions.

Payment Methods: Credit and debit card payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Klarna and PayPal). Paying with a payment card in our online store is easy and secure.

Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation email will be sent only if a valid email address is provided during checkout.

Shipping Methods and Fees
All orders are shipped free of charge. Delivery times depend on the product. Product details indicate whether the item is a pre-order or in-stock product. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damage resulting from such delays.

Exchange and Return Policy
As a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@wrldcelestic.store before the 14-day period expires. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day return and exchange period. The right of return applies only to unused and resalable products with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, notify us via email at info@wrldcelestic.store. Include your name and contact information with the returned item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the return, the refund will be processed within 2 business days. The return address will be provided via email.

Problem Situations
Defective products may be returned or exchanged. If your package is damaged during shipping or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@wrldcelestic.store. In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a minimum of two (2) years to report defects from the date of delivery.
