Start your return in your account
Returns and exchanges are handled securely in your CELESTIC® account. Log in with your email, no password needed, then open your order and select the items you'd like to return.
Want an exchange or a gift card? After you pick your items and a return reason, use the note field (choose “Other” if you like) to tell us the size or model you'd want instead, or to ask for a gift card. We'll sort it out and email you the details.
You'll be asked for the email address you used at checkout, and we'll send a one-time login code to that address.

Good to know
30-day return & exchange
You have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange it.
Unused & original packaging
Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Return costs
The customer covers the return shipping, around €7.90 (for example via Matkahuolto or Posti).
Exchanges
Exchanges are free: swap for a different size or model at no extra cost, as long as the price is the same.
Free gifts
A free gift must be returned if your order no longer qualifies for it after the return.
Klarna orders
If you choose an exchange or a gift card, don't report the return to Klarna, since it isn't a refund.
