Orders are safe, and support is always available. Trusted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Amex.

This website is currently CELESTIC®'s official online store, and every order is placed here. We don't have a physical store just yet, but during 2026 CELESTIC® will be opening a physical location in Helsinki. You can find more details on our social media channels.
Orders & Returns
Yes. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Email us at info@wrldcelestic.store with your order number and we'll send you step-by-step return instructions.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@wrldcelestic.store and we'll cancel it. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but you can still return it within 30 days.
Pre-Order & Delivery
A pre-order means you're ordering a product that isn't in our physical warehouse in Finland yet. The item is either still in production or already on its way to our warehouse, so it isn't physically here with us at the moment. The delivery time for pre-orders is 7-19 business days. Every product page always states whether that item is available on pre-order or ready to ship directly from stock.
No. The price you see already includes VAT. Any shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay, so there are no hidden fees.
Sizes marked with the blue 48H badge are in stock and dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. Sizes without the badge may follow our standard dispatch timeline.
We ship across Europe with trusted carriers such as Posti, Matkahuolto, UPS and PostNord. All orders within Finland are always delivered by either Matkahuolto or PostNord. You'll see the available delivery options and estimated times at checkout, and you'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Prices & Discounts
Our prices reflect the quality of our materials, our in-house design and limited production runs. When an item is on sale, the current price is shown next to the original price crossed out.

Warranty & Claims
Email info@wrldcelestic.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue as soon as you notice it. We'll review it and get it sorted for you.
As an EU consumer you're covered against manufacturing defects and items that don't match their description. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, isn't covered.
