The following Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Delivery & Return Policy, outline your rights and responsibilities when using our website and purchasing our products.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence. To access certain features or make purchases, you may be required to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to display the colors, images, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the exact color or texture of the physical item. Minor variations in color or material do not constitute grounds for a defective item claim.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS BY US

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. CELESTIC® reserves the right to accept or decline any order in our sole discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until we confirm it.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• The item is out of stock or unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing or typographical error on the website.
• The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent or violates these Terms.

If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of checkout. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed, nor can they be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 – PRE-ORDERS

• Delivery times for pre-orders are typically between 7 to 19 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may fluctuate due to production schedules, international freight delays, or unforeseen global events beyond our control (such as force majeure situations).
• Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the order has been dispatched, free of charge. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all orders across Europe.

• In-stock items (Finland): Generally dispatched within 48 hours.
• Delivery methods: Orders to Finland, Estonia, and Sweden are shipped via Matkahuolto to the nearest service point. Orders to the rest of Europe are shipped via UPS. A tracking link is always provided via email.
• The risk of loss remains with CELESTIC® until the package has been physically received by the customer. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@wrldcelestic.store.
• Customers are responsible for collecting their packages on time. If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge a fee corresponding to our actual return and handling costs incurred. This fee will not exceed the real costs involved.

SECTION 7 – ORDER CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service immediately. There will be no additional fees for cancelling your order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse in Kuopio. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a standard return under our 30-day return policy.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS, CLAIMS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you) physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email):

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day consideration period for returns. To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, in its original packaging, and have all original tags attached. The product's own packaging must not be used as the outer shipping box.

Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a flawed or wrong item, please contact us at info@wrldcelestic.store as soon as reasonably possible. In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a minimum of two (2) years to report defects from the date of delivery.

All content on this website, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of CELESTIC® or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory applicable law, including your statutory rights under EU consumer protection legislation and Finnish consumer law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

SECTION 14 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. This determination shall not affect the validity of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiations with our customer service. Consumers also have the right to submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi).

For the avoidance of doubt, any changes to these Terms will not affect orders that have already been placed. Orders are governed by the Terms in force at the time the order was confirmed.
