1. Delivery Information

We offer free delivery on all orders across Europe.

Delivery Time:

Items in stock (Finland): Usually delivered within 48 hours. Please check product availability on the product page.
Pre-order items: The delivery time is usually 7–19 days, but it may vary depending on the product and the progress of production.

Delivery Methods:

Orders to Finland, Estonia, and Sweden: Your package will be shipped via Matkahuolto and delivered to the nearest available service point. You will receive a text message notification when your package arrives. You can track your shipment using the Matkahuolto app or their website: https://www.matkahuolto.fi/en/tracking.

Orders to the rest of Europe: Your package will be shipped via UPS. You can track your shipment on the UPS website. A tracking number and link will always be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Return Policy and Conditions

Our customers have a 30-day consideration period starting from the day the order is received.
Conditions for Returns:

The product must be completely unused, in its original condition, and in a resalable state.
All original product tags and identifiers must remain attached to the item.

The product must be returned in its original packaging. Original packaging, protective plastics, and packaging components must be kept intact.
The product's own packaging (such as a clear garment bag) must not be used as the outer shipping package. Do not attach the return shipping label directly to the product's own packaging. Please use the original outer shipping bag or a similarly durable mailing bag.

3. Return and Exchange Process

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must always contact our customer service first by email: info@wrldcelestic.store.

Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges if you have contacted us first and the return has been approved. We will confirm with you that the item is eligible for return (unused, original packaging, and tags attached).

Once the return is approved, you can send the package to our return address:

(Important: Do not send items to this address before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval via email will not be accepted or processed.)

IMPORTANT: You must include a separate note or the physical order confirmation inside the return package, clearly stating whether it is a return or an exchange. This significantly speeds up the processing time.

Costs:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, but we will ship the replacement product back to you without a new shipping fee.

4. Claims - Defective or Incorrect Product

If the product is defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Defects must be reported by email (info@wrldcelestic.store) within 24 hours of receiving the package. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted, as we cannot verify whether the damage occurred after delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage and the product packaging in your message.
If the product is proven to be defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and either refund the payment in full or send a new product completely free of charge.

5. Uncollected Packages

Failing to collect a package is not the same as canceling an order or making a return. For uncollected orders, we will retain the amount of the shipping fee to cover the actual return and handling costs incurred by us.

6. Pre-orders and Cancellations

Pre-orders are products sourced specifically for the customer. Delivery times are estimates. If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact customer service. There will be no additional fees for cancelling your order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse in Kuopio.
