RETURN POLICY

 

We offer free delivery across Europe! Products in stock in Finland are usually delivered within 48-hours. (Please check product availability on the product page.)
The delivery time for pre-order items is usually 7-19 days, but it may vary depending on the product and the progress of production.

Delivery Method:

The package will be delivered to the nearest available service point. You will receive a notification via text message when your package arrives, and you can track the shipment using the Matkahuolto app or the tracking code on Matkahuolto's website (https://www.matkahuolto.fi/fi/seuranta).

For uncollected orders, we will retain the postage fee to cover return and handling costs.

Returns & Cancellations:

Products in their original condition have a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return products, please contact our customer service at info@wrldcelestic.store

If the product you received is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs in full. Additionally, we will refund the full purchase amount or send a replacement product free of charge.

If a customer receives a defective product, they must file a complaint by email within 24 hours of receiving the package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept complaints after this period, as the product may have been subject to use or other conditions that could affect its condition.

If you wish to return a product within the 30-day consideration period, you will unfortunately need to cover the logistics costs yourself. This right applies only to unopened, unused, and resalable products.
